ADDENDUM No.1 to the Prequalification Document

ICB No.: CW-1 — Reconstruction of Issyk-Kul Ring Road

(Korumdu-Balbay Baatyr, km 104-184,5) Project. Civil Works

 

1. In accordance with Clause 8 of the Instruction to Applicants, the Prequalification Document is amended as follows:

Section III “Qualification Criteria”, Item 4.2(b) “Specific Construction & Contract Management Experience” of line 4 “Experience”:

4.2(b)	For the above and any other contracts completed and under implementation as prime contractor, joint venture member,  management contractor or sub-contractor between 1st January 2017 and application submission deadline, a minimum construction experience in the following key activities successfully completed: [annually over the last 5 years]   Earthworks 777 629m3 Concrete works 35 580m3 Asphalt works – 216,859m3 Bridges 13 bridges
	One Member
4.2(b)	Must meet the following requirements for key activities listed below annually over the last 5 years —  Earthworks 259 209m3/year —  Concrete works 11 860m3/year —  Asphalt works 28 952m3/year —  Bridges 4 bridges/year

The items above shall be replaced as follows:

2. Please be advised that the deadline for the submission of the Prequalification Applications has been extended till March 23, 2022. In view of above, please note the following amendment to the Prequalification Document in accordance with Clause 8 of the Instruction to Applicants:

            Section 2 – Prequalification Data Sheet, ITA item 17.1 “Deadline for Submission of Applications”

Please replace the date “14.03.2022” with “23.03.2022”.
